Aunque es breve, lo que transmiten estas pocas palabras es inconmensurable.<\/h3>\n<h3 align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u201cY avanz\u00f3 un poco m\u00e1s, y cay\u00f3 sobre su rostro\u2026\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">En estas pocas palabras hay un vistazo \u00edntimo al coraz\u00f3n amoroso de nuestro Salvador. En la noche de Su traici\u00f3n y arresto, entr\u00f3 en el Huerto de Getseman\u00ed en compa\u00f1\u00eda de Sus propios disc\u00edpulos. Su coraz\u00f3n ansiaba la comuni\u00f3n y el compa\u00f1erismo, en esa hora de prueba, de aquellos que estaban tan \u00edntimamente asociados con \u00e9l. Judas ya se hab\u00eda retirado de la empresa. Un sentimiento de tristeza debe haber invadido a ese peque\u00f1o grupo de disc\u00edpulos cuando Judas se desliz\u00f3 hacia las sombras oscuras de la noche y se uni\u00f3 a los enemigos de Jes\u00fas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Despu\u00e9s del inicio de la Comuni\u00f3n con estos doce hermanos, despu\u00e9s de la cena de Pascua, y tras el retiro de Judas, los once restantes cantaron juntos un himno y comenz\u00f3 la marcha hacia Getseman\u00ed. A ocho de los disc\u00edpulos, la palabra de nuestro Se\u00f1or fue: <strong><em>\u201cSi\u00e9ntense aqu\u00ed, mientras yo voy all\u00e1 y oro\u201d. <\/em><\/strong>Los tres que compon\u00edan Su c\u00edrculo \u00edntimo de liderazgo siguieron adelante con \u00c9l m\u00e1s adentro del Jard\u00edn. A estos tres la palabra dada fue: <strong><em>\u201c\u2026quedaos aqu\u00ed y velad conmigo.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Ahora observe el significado de la expresi\u00f3n, \u201cEL FUE UN POCO M\u00c1S LEJOS\u201d. En agon\u00eda mental y espiritual, cay\u00f3 postrado en tierra para orar, <strong><em>\u201c\u2026no se haga mi voluntad, sino la tuya.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>As\u00ed le habl\u00f3 a su Padre Celestial. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan lejos est\u00e1 <strong><em>\u201cun poco m\u00e1s lejos\u201d <\/em><\/strong>\u00bfnos preguntamos? Lucas nos dice que se trataba de <strong><em>\u201c\u2026un tiro de piedra.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Las palabras son indicativas de la distancia que lo separaba de los tres ap\u00f3stoles. Tambi\u00e9n sugieren la mayor distancia que Jes\u00fas recorri\u00f3 SOLO mientras cargaba nuestros pecados a la cruz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Cuando Jes\u00fas pas\u00f3 por esa experiencia de Getseman\u00ed y finalmente fue crucificado en la cruz del Calvario, fue m\u00e1s lejos de lo que cualquier otra persona podr\u00eda llegar para traer la redenci\u00f3n a la humanidad ca\u00edda. Fue m\u00e1s lejos de lo que la ley vigente en ese momento podr\u00eda llegar jam\u00e1s. Su ministerio fue uno de condenaci\u00f3n. Jes\u00fas fue m\u00e1s lejos que cualquiera de los profetas. Su ministerio, aunque muy importante, fue el de llamar a la gente a arrepentirse de sus pecados y advertirles de los juicios que podr\u00edan y vendr\u00edan de Dios. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Al ir a la cruz para morir por los pecados del mundo, Jes\u00fas hizo lo que era completamente imposible que cualquier otra persona pudiera hacer. Fue un poco m\u00e1s all\u00e1: en la pobreza, la abnegaci\u00f3n, el sacrificio, el amor y el dolor, pero en la forma m\u00e1s pura de amor que jam\u00e1s podr\u00eda esperar expresarse. <strong><em>\u201cNadie tiene mayor amor que este, que uno ponga su vida por sus amigos\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(Juan 15:13). <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Habiendo considerado la distancia que recorri\u00f3 Jes\u00fas para llevarnos a la redenci\u00f3n eterna, consideremos c\u00f3mo se pueden aplicar estas palabras a nosotros mismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">deber\u00edamos ir un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">un poco m\u00e1s lejos <\/span>de lo que Satan\u00e1s quiere que vayamos. \u00c9l quiere que nos comprometamos. \u00c9l no quiere que sigamos todo el camino que Jes\u00fas nos pide que vayamos. La sugerencia de Satan\u00e1s es que podemos ser religiosos, pero debemos guardarnos de ir demasiado lejos. \u00bfEstamos escuchando la voz de Dios o la voz de Satan\u00e1s? Alguien bien ha dicho: <em>\u201cDebemos coronar a Jes\u00fas Se\u00f1or de todo, o de lo contrario no lo coronaremos Se\u00f1or en absoluto\u201d. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">debemos ir un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">un poco m\u00e1s lejos <\/span>a la perfecci\u00f3n. La perfecci\u00f3n por la que nos esforzamos no es hacia la perfecci\u00f3n humana sino hacia la perfecci\u00f3n santa. La perfecci\u00f3n santa es el resultado de la morada del Esp\u00edritu Santo. <strong><em>\u201c\u2026prosigamos hacia la perfecci\u00f3n\u2026\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(Hebreos 6:1). <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">deber\u00edamos ir un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">un poco m\u00e1s lejos <\/span>en nuestra vida de oraci\u00f3n. La oraci\u00f3n es el latido del coraz\u00f3n del Santo. Hacemos bien en reflexionar y emular el ejemplo del Maestro de encontrar momentos tranquilos y apartados para estar a solas con nuestro Padre en todas nuestras oraciones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: 10pt;\">Deber\u00edamos <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ir un poco m\u00e1s lejos <\/span>en nuestro amor a Dios. Nuestro amor por \u00c9l encontrar\u00e1 expresi\u00f3n en el testimonio de amor: la vida cotidiana. Puede parecer un poco trillado para muchos, pero para una madre, un padre o un abuelo, este ejemplo llega al coraz\u00f3n: una ni\u00f1a peque\u00f1a vino corriendo y saltando al regazo de su madre. Ech\u00f3 los brazos al cuello de su madre y la bes\u00f3 una y otra vez. La madre, un poco sorprendida, dijo lo que muchos dir\u00edamos ante esta repentina muestra de cari\u00f1o: \u201cMary, \u00bfqu\u00e9 quieres ahora?\u201d. Mar\u00eda respondi\u00f3 r\u00e1pida y tiernamente: \u201cMam\u00e1, no quiero nada, solo quiero amarte\u201d. A nuestro Padre Celestial le agradar\u00eda que Sus hijos acudieran a \u00c9l con frecuencia, no para buscar alg\u00fan favor, sino para sentarse en Su presencia y amarlo.
