Cuando record\u00e9 todas estas experiencias, me di cuenta de que la mayor\u00eda de las p\u00e9rdidas se debieron a la falta de comprensi\u00f3n de la plenitud del evangelio eterno. R-145:7a-b).<\/p>\n<p>Esta revelaci\u00f3n de Dios deber\u00eda emocionar a todo santo debido a la promesa: <em><strong>\u201cEstudiad para entender la plenitud de mi evangelio, y si lo hac\u00e9is, ser\u00e9is bendecidos sin medida\u201d<\/strong><\/em> (\u00e9nfasis a\u00f1adido). \u00bfQui\u00e9n no quiere ser bendecido sin medida?<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra declaraci\u00f3n de misi\u00f3n establece que comprender la plenitud es un precursor de la edificaci\u00f3n del reino: \u201cLa Iglesia Remanente de Jesucristo de los Santos de los \u00daltimos D\u00edas ha sido llamada a la renovaci\u00f3n para<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> predicar la plenitud del evangelio de Jesucristo a todos los que quieran escuchar<\/span>, y preparar y reunir un pueblo justo para la edificaci\u00f3n del Reino de Dios en la tierra, Si\u00f3n\u201d (\u00e9nfasis a\u00f1adido).<\/p>\n<p>Reunir y preparar a un pueblo justo requiere que sigamos los mandamientos que se dan, que recordemos la Biblia y el Libro de Morm\u00f3n que contienen la plenitud del evangelio eterno (v\u00e9ase D. y C. 42:5a), y que <em><strong>\u201cobservar\u00e1n los convenios y los art\u00edculos de la iglesia\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/em> (D. y C. 42:5b).<\/p>\n<p>No podemos ense\u00f1ar justicia si no somos justos. Se requiere un nivel de humildad y santidad, no solo en nuestras vidas, sino tambi\u00e9n en las vidas de aquellos a quienes dirigimos y aquellos que se re\u00fanen. Al estudiar e intentar vivir la plenitud, podemos comenzar a alcanzar un nivel de compromiso que nos ayude a salir de Babilonia, elevarnos por encima del mundo secular y santificarnos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que simplemente, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la plenitud del evangelio? Algunos de los primeros principios de la doctrina de la salvaci\u00f3n se pueden encontrar en casi todas las religiones del siglo XIX. Son, por supuesto, la fe, el arrepentimiento, el bautismo, la imposici\u00f3n de manos, la resurrecci\u00f3n de los muertos y el juicio eterno. Esta doctrina nos permite obtener la vida para la salvaci\u00f3n que nos trae de vuelta a la presencia de Dios para vivir como ciudadanos del reino. Consiste en los convenios, las leyes, las doctrinas, las ordenanzas, las obras santas y el sacrificio de todas las cosas necesarias para lograr esta salvaci\u00f3n. Las escrituras fundamentales para la plenitud del evangelio est\u00e1n contenidas en Hebreos 6:1-2. Sin embargo, la explicaci\u00f3n de estos requiere el Libro de Morm\u00f3n y Doctrina y Convenios.
